This one seems to be quite popular! People keep asking for it. Its an emerald cut Blue Topaz with sterling silver.

Danielle, I haven't made a tutorial, but there are tutorials on how to make wire prongs - if that is what you are looking for? You will find them on jewelrylessons.com.
